CQUniPRESS welcomes submissions from authors around Australia on a range of subjects – particularly those that can be classified as ‘Australiana’ (e.g., the Australian outback, Australian history). We publish very little fiction, and we don’t publish poetry.

Never send an unsolicited manuscript – it won’t be read! In the first instance, all we want is a sample and a few other bits and pieces. To find exactly what this means, please read our submission guidelines; this is important because any submitted material that doesn’t follow these guidelines will not be evaluated.

If, after reading your sample, we want to see more, then we will contact you with that request. Otherwise we’ll let you know that we’re not interested. But please keep in mind that it could be a number of months before we get back to you.
